You can tell by my name what I do! Lol! Yes, I love all of the girly things along with designer clothes. I can remember as a very young girl looking at womens nails, jewelry, make-up, clothes and purses. I honestly think there is a girly gene. :)
My niece gave me this name when she was about 4 years old and it stuck, the funny thing she is a milder version of me.

It sounds like you are enjoying yourself. I agree with Villagegirl that you should do a background check on any that you are very interested in. You can never be 100% sure but it is better to be safe than sorry.

why would they think that just because you no longer post on a chevy truck forum or a los angeles lakers forum the world would crumble around those still left there.

I will miss you Confused. You made your posts so interesting and I enjoyed hearing your adventures. I always kept my husband abreast of what was going on with you but I am ahappy you are doing well and you realize you need to move on in order to live a full life.
I know I don't come here as often either and I am trying to make a decision on what to do next so we all go through this. We both came out about the same time And I know I feel so much better but I do let things that the WT$ says get to me so mabye I am getting close to doing the same thing. Not sure if I can ever 100% walk away.

I really wish you are your family all the best. We understand what you are going through because there will be a time for us to move on too. It has been on my mind lately But I am having a hard time breaking away. There comes a point when it keeps you from moving on to a healthier life.

no one really expects 'perfection' of their fellow humans, even of those in high station.
our past president, bill clinton certainly demonstrated that men in high station can and do give into acts that are not accepted by the public at large.
likewise, i doubt anyone expects that joseph rutherford would be perfect, but we would expect that as a human, he had his ways.. what about "true" spiritual leaders?

not anything to do with jesus returning but rather that the number of folks partaking is increasing and the gb can't explain it since it should be decreasing or staying the same.. has anyone heard of this?

There is a post where it was mentioned that a CO said it could be the last memorial because the end is so close. There are ones who are claiming the end is so close and they are aluding to it happening this year. Yea right! I really doubt they would do away with the Memorial because their belief is that they are suppose to do this as commanded but stranger things have happened.
i was alone at the new branch construction site in ticuantepe (nicaragua).
everybody had taken off for a weekend assembly in the capital and it was my turn to have watchman duty and guard the site.
we had dogs and i only had to walk around the perimeters and check all the gates and entrances.. suddenly a young boy appeared at the main gate, breathless and visibly nervous.
Very interesting and a subject my husband and I have been talking about recently.
before i dive into the actual write-up of this experience, let me put some things straight.. i have thought long and hard if i should write more about my experiences during the 10+ years at different branches.
during these years i worked from financial department, service department, home office and different it assignments.
as you can imagine one sees and hears and reads a lot of stuff going through different stations in different countries.

for me, that happy day was in morro bay, calif. it was the fall, oct 1958 or 9. gorgeous weather.
the sun was shining and the wind was coming off of the ocean.. at that time, morro bay was unassigned territory.. talesin on another thread was talking about a lovely day she had, going with her grandfather, talking with a mr languages.
lol.
There was only one time I can recall and it was seldom worked territory back in 1986. We lived in Texas so we went to the hill country and worked ranches. It was driving territory so you could not walk it. There was a nice little group and that day we did have fun and enjoy setting.
